Terms of Service
(Please read carefully)
1. General Rules
• Commissions are for personal use ONLY (credit to the artist is required if shared on social media).• The artist retains FULL RIGHTS to the artwork.• The artist may refuse a commission without explanation.
2. Process
• Full payment (100%) in advance, within 3 days after confirmation.• Payment via PayPal ONLY (payment request will be sent).• A sketch is presented to the client for approval (up to 2 free revisions; additional revisions incur extra fees).• No changes are accepted once the artwork is delivered.• Delivery time varies depending on complexity (but generally within 2 weeks after payment).• Delivered files in PNG/JPEG format.
3. Client
• The client must provide clear references (visual and/or written).• The client cannot resell, modify, or use the artwork commercially without written permission.• The client must remain respectful.
4. Artist
• The artist retains FULL RIGHTS to the artwork.• The artist may cancel a commission if the client is disrespectful or does not follow the terms.
5. Refunds Policy
• NO REFUNDS after delivery.• PARTIAL REFUND before sketch approval.• FULL REFUND if the artist is unable to complete the work
